Whether you are looking to have your horse started or an older horse
restarted, trailer load better, teaching a horse to be caught, foal imprinting,
training foals, follow-up imprint training, yearling training, show preparation,
foundation training, spring tune-ups, difficult horse training, round penning,
or trail. We take the time to help build a solid foundation of trust and
respect.

We start all horses in the round pen and on the ground school following
Natural Horsemanship methods. & Natural horsemanship, the art of
working, training and riding with horses is a manner which works WITH
the horse's behavior, instincts and personality in an easy and kind manner,
communication through feel, timing and preparation.

Everything that a horse is expected to do with a rider on their back should
first be accomplished on the ground. A horse needs to learn to move away
from pressure, and to give physically and emotionally. When this is
achieved it is called softness. All of this is done on the ground and in the
round pen before it is ever attempted with a rider.  By doing this we can
gain trust and respect from the horse and in return gain Softness

Softness is Key, to a safe rewarding relationship with your horse.

Some horses, like people, trust easier, and some take much longer. We let
the horse tell us how much time he or she needs. By doing this, we can
have a happy & willing partnership.
